Inlet/outlet arms

The inlet arm is equipped with a device offering rapid and simple adjustment of glass removal (0÷4 mm). This means that there is no need to move the diamond wheels in order to adjust removal.

Conveyor system controlled by inverter-activated gear motor. The speed is set using the potentiometer located on the control panel.

The spindles are fitted with a manual adjustment system to compensate for wheel wear and to adjust the angle relative to the glass. The polishing wheels are inserted automatically during processing, and do not require adjustment by the operator.

To make the operator’s job easier, SMART PLUS edging machines are equipped with an electronic device through which it is possible to set working parameters and view a series of reports on production (partial and total meters and hours, meters for each wheel, etc.).
