Inlet/outlet arms

The inlet arm is equipped with a device offering rapid and simple adjustment of glass removal (0÷4 mm). This means that there is no need to move the diamond wheels in order to adjust removal.

Conveyor system controlled by inverter-activated gear motor. The speed is set using the potentiometer located on the control panel.

Performance and precision
The structure of the spindle is based on a cast iron body running on high precision adjustable guides and has tempered and ground spindle shafts.

Reliability and low maintenance costs
The spindles are lubricated with long-life grease (periodical maintenance not required). They are also separated from the electric motors and connected to them by transmission belts, avoiding vibrations.

To make the operator’s job easier, SMART 6 CW edging machines are equipped with an electronic device through which it is possible to set working parameters and view a series of reports on production (partial and total meters and hours, meters for each wheel, etc.).
