Inlet/outlet arms

  Toothed belts convey the glass along the inlet and outlet arms, driven by the main conveyor.

Conveyor
  Consisting of rubber pads fixed to two high-resistance chains. In the work area, the chain runs on guides, giving perfect hold on the glass during processing. Glass thickness is manually set using a lever system.

Conveyor motors
 

Conveyor system controlled by inverter-activated gear motor. The speed is set using the potentiometer located on the control panel.

Lubrication
  Centralized lubrication system with manually activated pump.

Spindles
 

The spindles are fitted with a manual adjustment system to compensate for wheel wear and to adjust the angle relative to the glass. The polishing wheels work continuously, and therefore need to be manually adjusted in response to wear.

Electrical equipment
 

Electrical system produced to conform with European standards. Control panel on the machine. Electrical cabinet located behind the machine. Power supply V=220/50-60Hz and V=380/50-60Hz in standard version, other settings available on request.
